Preparations for the donation ceremony of Biiso health center IV general ward completion drive in Biiso town council Buliisa District is underway.
This has been disclosed by Peter Otim the in-charge at Biiso health center while speaking to Biiso FM reporter this morning.
The donation ceremony that is scheduled to take place September 3rd 2022 at Biiso health center IV is being organized by the Buliisa District Member of Parliament Hon; Norah Bigirwa Nyendwoha aimed at monitoring the progress and its completion.
A number of legislators from different constituencies, different political leaders and many others are expected to attend the donation drive and will be presided by the speaker of Parliament Rt. Hon; Anita Among as the chief guest.
The a hundred capacity bed general ward construction started in May this year and already roofed was offered by Hon; Bigirwa aimed at improving health service delivery to the people of Buliisa.
Dr. Otim explains that, the facility has only one ward and is being shared by all patients using canteens, adding that, if the general ward is complete, it will improve on the health service delivery.
The health expert applauds the legislator for having offered the facility with the ward saying it is rare for some leaders to do that
