The Minister for ICT and National guidance Dr Chris Baryomunsi has appealed to heads of schools and managers to allow candidates who have not fully paid the schools dues sit for this year’s final examinations and devise means of claiming payments from such candidates at a later stage
Baryomunsi has made these remarks while officiating over the launch of Kayungwe Nyekundire group in Kanungu District. Launch of Nyekundire development groups in Kanungu district is still work in continuation and this time round the residents of Kayungwe Sub County are the latest to witness this development.
For the minister Dr. Chris Baryomunsi this was his home coming as he returned to an area where he spent most of his childhood
Nyekundire NRM mobilisation groups that have been of recent launched in Kanungu and now spreading to other districts of Uganda serve as important grassroots mobilization structures to ensuring the NRM party and President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni maintains a strong presence and support base throughout Uganda and also as a platform to unit people for projects intended to increase homestead incomes.
Students from different schools were among the entertainers of the day as they all hailed the NRM government for peace and development.
On his part minister Dr. Chris Baryomunsi appealed to all school heads to allow school fees defaulters in the candidate classes to write their final exams
Baryomunsi rather advises schools to devise means of settling such matters on a later stage.
