BULIISA
The Uganda Rural Development and Training Institute Epi-center Manager Buliisa cluster, Ms. Mable Ainembabazi has encouraged the Buliisa youth undertaking skills supported by URDT to put more effort and work hard for their future benefits.
Ainembabazi made the remarks last week while addressing learners together with their parents during their orientation held at Mukitale development foundation secondary school in Biiso town council Buliisa District.
The youth are both males and females from Buliisa pursuing different courses in tailoring, hair dressing bee keeping, carpentry and rabbit keeping among others.
During the orientation, learners and parents were briefed on the courses and the duration of the training.
The Manager further added they only consider youth aged between 18-35, and they want to train 70,000 youth in Uganda by 2025 in 20 districts of western, central and northern Uganda where 70%Female,30%Refugees and 5%PWDs.
