President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, who is also the NRM’s presidential flag bearer for the 2026 elections, has assured Ugandans that the country is on track to meet its transformation goals.

He reaffirmed his commitment to moving the entire population from peasantry to a modern, economically viable society.

The President expressed confidence in ongoing development programs aimed at uplifting livelihoods across the nation
